Overleaf Spa’s sauna and steam rooms are located in both the men’s and the women’s locker rooms. No appointments are needed for Overleaf Lodge guests to enjoy the sauna or steam rooms. The recommended time to spend in the sauna and steam rooms is up to 15 minutes each.

Overleaf Spa sauna rooms are wood-lined and heated to therapeutic perfection. Feel your muscles relax and your areas of pain and stiffness ease. The intense heat can help lower your blood pressure and will encourage sweating that helps with weight loss and removes body toxins.

Overleaf Spa steam rooms provide a soothing, calming environment with their eucalyptus and lavender scented steam. Feel your stiff joints loosen, your skin soften, and your sinuses open. Sit back and allow the steam to do its magic, improving circulation, reducing stress and boosting the immune system.

Escape into the ultimate bubbly salt soak in a private jetted tub. A sampling of Aveda hair and skin care products will be provided for your appointment! Sorry gentlemen, only women can enjoy the salt soak, located in the women’s locker room. $54, includes a 20% gratuity; additional gratuities are welcome and appreciated.
