Great stay! Right on the 804 whale-watching trail, rooms with views, fantastic staff and awesome amenities. Breakfast and spa inclusion was a true surprise, and the breakfast is very good. Aspects of our entire stay felt very intentional on the part of Overleaf: coffee mug warmers, windows to the ocean everywhere (including from the spa), a solid DVD collection for free borrowing, chairs and benches to view the ocean, a camp fire and guided hike…really cool place.

Great location, great facility, great room, great staff – Overleaf Lodge had it all! You can feel the energy of the ocean and view some fantastic marine life in the tide pools right outside the hotel. This is the cleanest hotel in which we have every stayed! Our room was the Sunset Suite, on the southern end of the building and had an incredible view of the ocean and the southern coast. The view of the sunset over the ocean from our balcony was amazing. We visited many of their recommendations such as Seal Rock for tide pools in the morning and the Cape Perpetua overlook for incredible shoreline views. All their recommendations were spot on! Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Overleaf Lodge!

Desirable place to stay being located just outside Yachats. Good looking property that is very clean, carefully maintained and privately owned. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! It’s just steps away from the ocean, but no beach that I saw right there. Instead, there are impressive low boulders and captivating crashing waves! Inviting trails lead from the property taking you in and out along the shoreline. It’s a very scenic view from your hotel patio!
