ORLA Employee Of the Year
We couldn’t be more proud of our General Manager, Heather Tincher–Overholser who has received the exceptional title of Employee of the Year 2017 by the Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association. Her dedication shows how an incredible work ethic, positive attitude and a desire to learn lead to upward mobility, within our organization.
Heather and her twin sister, Val, have been with us for 22 years, both starting as guest room attendants. They are the glue that holds our hotels together. The award couldn’t have gone to a better person. She received the award at the annual ORLA Convention on Oct. 8, 2017.
