Patsee Parker is a native Oregonian who has been painting most of her life, professionally for more than thirty five years. Living “smack on the Oregon Coast” has inspired many of her seascapes. She’s at home in the entire Pacific Northwest and her paintings reflect the many differing views of this scenic area.
